My Temp Controller Box Caused the Issue After Changing the Parameters

Technical Calibration Data: Model ID: TC01V5 (Standard) / TC20V2 (12-Ton Commercial). Master Defaults: AL1=0030, AL2=0050, Atu=0000, P=0030, I=0240, d=0060, Ar=0025, t=0002, oH=0002, SC=0000. Calibration Logic: Use SC (Sensor Calibration) to align PV (Process Value) with actual platen surface temperature.

Thermal Recovery: Restoring PID Controller Factory Defaults

Modifying internal PID parameters without professional guidance can cause heating instability, slow recovery times, or sensor errors. If your temperature control box is behaving erratically, follow this SOP to restore verified factory values.

01. Controller Model Identification

Verify your PID model before entering the parameter menu:
TC01V5: The universal controller used for 4T, 6T, 10T, and caged plate kits.
TC20V2: Exclusive to the 12-Ton Commercial Rosin Press (Post-May 1st, 2021).

02. Verified Factory Default Settings (TC01V5)

Input these exact values to recalibrate your controller's logic:
AL1:0030
AL2:0050
P:0030
I:0240
SC:0000 (Sensor Calibration)
